ECopy ScanStand Touch Screen Monitor 5190-23025 pin out

That's going to be a problem. The eCopy Scan Stand touch screen monitor is a proprietary piece of hardware. While I might be able of giving you a general VGA/DVI and DB pin diagram, there is no guarantee that they'll be correct. Further, because it's a proprietary piece of hardware, it's likely that the information you're looking for is guarded to ensure that you send the hardware into the manufacturer's or retailer's company for repair and won't be available online. If it's old enough a model, I would contact the manufacturer to attain this information.

It just starting sparking when I put any porcelain dishes in to re heat. Sometimes a glass mug with etching on it. Not consistent. I put butter in a porcelain dish to warm & it was ok sometimes not

The sparks are caused by metal content in the porcelain -- this is variable from dish to dish. The decorative "etching" which is sparking has metal in it as well.

TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE MARKINGS ON MY

Are you sure it doesn't say HGE? HGE stands for Heavy Gold Electroplate. In other words, it's not solid gold but just plated. To be sure take it to a jeweler and they can tell with a simple test that won't damage the ring. The A in the circle could be a manufacturer's mark.

Standing water after cleaning dishes

Clean out the air gap. Remove decorative cover by pulling up. Remove plastic dome by gripping and moving side to side while pulling it up. When you get the dome off you can see if the air gap is partially blocked.
