This is was with me too. I know how to fix it. Remove all cables from your cabinet, i mean like keyboard, mouse, moniter etc. Remove your ram too. Then press your power button from 30 seconds. wait for 10 mins plugin all cables and turn it on. Hope it works for you.
from the 1 pin that is single without pair..disregard that then put the pw button.. to make sure short it using a philips or long nose.. if you find the power on button...or just find first the power button by shorting the pins...
the sequnce are pw button reset button pw led hdd led..you just nid to align them to the power button..
Why you should take out all the DIMMS? Taking it out will not power on your computer. Memory card or DIMM(Dual Inline Memory Module) is essential for the motherboard to operate properly or else it will not function and make your monitor comes with no display. You should insert it back from the memory slot to make your computer operational.
