There is a switch on the left side. it will be in the center. 1 way checks all the lamps and ringer. The other way is programming mode. Put it in program mode than press the line key you want to change. it will toggle through
Dark=no ring
flash=delayed ring
solid=immediate ring
center the switch

Enter admin mode:
Slide switch on left (T/P) down to the "P" position.
press the intercom button above TRANSFER
dial the 2 digit extension number you want to modify
Touch the buttons to add/remove the lines.
Green light on means line is active
Green light off means line is not active

If you have a "squared" system (each line assigned to a different button), just press a different line button. To change the order of the lines, slide the "T/P" switch to "P" and press the line buttons in the order you want to use them (ie: Line 4, Line 3, Line 2, Line 1).
If your lines are "pooled" you just get the next available line from the pool - no choosing which line you get.
