If some of the pixels are damaged(probably from a mechanical contact ) the best way is to replace the lcd screen It is not that expensive and the procedure is to remove all screws (including in the battery compartment ) Open the case...and the lcd it is plugged into a ribbon and i this very easy to change ..The plug has a a locking device and do not force it ..

That sounds like your battery could be dead/not hold a charge. If you've charged your battery already and your camera still won't stay off and turns off right away, it's time to purchase a new battery for your Samsung TL105.

If you've just bought it, take it back to the vendor and request they demonstrate it to your satisfaction.

If they can't because there's a fault, request a replacement or refund under warranty.

There is no recycle bin on that digital camera, or most camera for that matter. When you delete pictures, they are immediately deleted forever. So make sure you are careful when deleting pictures.
