It will not power on. When I try hard resetting it, it asks if I want factory reset, I select yes. Then it confirms and I select yes again but it does nothing. After a few seconds, it goes back to flashing the logo. How do I fix this?

Here's a couple of things to try:
Power down and remove the battery. Leave it out until you are done with the following procedures. Remove the memory modules and put only one back in. Try to power up. If that works, replace the other one and power up. If that works, you're fixed!
If not, try to power up in safe mode and see what happens. If it comes up, try running diagnostics on the HDD. If that fails, try reseating the hard drive.

clean the touch screen and go under the edges w/ a bankcard to remove any dirt.
then do a hard reset -- worked for my z22
