Could be not enough water or too much. Also could be white flies, which you will see or spider mites. Also might need fertilizer. If the bottom leave are turning yellow, then it is a nitrogen deficiency. If you have spider mites, wash the leaves with very mild soap and water and then rinse with plain water. maybe machine is not filling with correct amount of water try adding an extra omunt of water say 2 litres and see if the machine sounds like it is washing properly
open the door when operating and observe wah arm positions as these turn aroun as it washes
also check that the wash arms are not blocked
