I factory reset my lg and still wont work its stuck on the cricket screen

Yes you can use it with At&t. Network unlocking by entering Cricket lg spree unlock code is the best choice. This unlocking can`t be undo even if you factory reset your phone

Must be buton in the screen "skip" or "registre later" or "not now" or similar, but then you'll can't using Google services.

Water has leaked into the screen from the sides. Try resetting the phone... remove the battery (if your model allows it)

Otherwise, you try this.. to try and recover the touchscreen. Yo may have to take it in for repair if this doesn't solve it.

If this is the screen you see its more possible a mainboard failure and not some kind of reset

take the battery out of it and start over..

I have a Cricket X500 phone and to reset this phone I use the following instructions:-
1) First power off the handset, press the Power on key + Camera key + Down volume key together at the same time when restart the handset.
2)When display "ZTE", press the Menu key at the bottom of the screen;
3) Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" through volume key
4) Press "Camera" key to confirm the above item
5) Choose "YES...delete all user data"
6) Choose "reboot system now", handset will be restarted automatically and all the user data will be erased.
