Can you point me to a URL for a Neiko Tools USA MICRO TOUCH Microscope Camera. My hard drive crashed and I need the driver to get it back in operation. Can you help?

I'm pretty sure that XP should pick up your external USB hard drive with relative aplomb unless:
1. The drive is USB 2.0 and your USB ports are 1.0 or 1.1 (and even then it should work, albeit at reduced performance)
or
2. Your drive is drawing too much power from the USB hub, causing an error condition.
Try plugging it into a different USB port.

Credit to "tenmmike" for his research. Neiko USA is manufactured by Zhejiang Kangle Group in China. As you have found out the USA stamp means nothing. In my opinion it should not be legal. Sorry, Good Luck to you!

Best friend in the world when searching for drivers: GOOGLE. Download and install on the machine a program called Everest. Use it to properly identify your hardware.
SOURCE: need qx3 drivers for windows 7 64 bit
The Intel QX3 is not compatible with 64 bit operating systems. It will not work. Sorry.
You can either reinstall Windows 7 as a 32-bit version or purchase a QX5 model which is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit.

finally I found a solution that worked
if you mean you are having problems with your 2GB Cruzer
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you could see a yellow question / exclamation mark? ! or a red X
you will need to update/reinstall drivers
right click to reinstall drivers
if you can see your usb drive but its not working
ports(com&lpt)right click update driver if this fails to fix the problem
check the USB leads that attach to the motherboard usually red white green black make sure they are securely seated and have no dust build up on them dust will cause static and a lot of unforeseen problems for a computer and its parts
