There are elements in the oven too but I will assume you are referring to the stovetop elements only.
You did not give a model so I can't research any information, but it could be that a main connection has come loose under/behind, or a safety device (fuse) has tripped.
Before working on the stove, turn off the breaker you are dealing with 240 Volts and can be very dangerous.
One thing to test, try turning the breaker off and back on again and test the cooktops, otherwise turn the breaker back off before proceeding.
Some stove have screws under the front lip (maybe covered by the oven door) that with removal, allow the top to be lifted, otherwise you will need to pull away from the wall, disconnect power and access the back for further troubleshooting.

Look for a microswitch connected to the lock mechanism at the back of the stove. The switch is probably broken.

It sounds like a problem with the selector switch. You have to remove the back panel to get to the back of the switch in the head unit, and find what wire goes from there to the bake element. With a meter set on 240ACV, or whichever setting is on yours that's HIGHER than that i.e. 400ACV, with the red probe on the terminal and the black one going to ground, see if you are getting 210-240 through it. If so, then it's either a faulty neutral wire connection (the other wire coming out of the element) or the selector switch. Hope this helps.

Try unplugging the oven and let sit for 10 min. This will reset the curcuit board and reboot the electronics. You may have to pull out the stove o get to the cord.

I replaced the relay board for the top oven (the one with the transformer) and it works properly now. My issue was only for the top oven so you probably have to replace both relay boards since both ovens have only the top element working.
318022002 is the part number for the relay board with transformer
318022001 is the part number for the relay board without transformer
Yes the one without the transformer is more expensive for some reason.
The boards are on the top of the oven, I was able to pull out the oven about 75% of the way out of the cabinet and easily get to the boards. Just unplugged the connections and plugged them into the new board.
To get the oven out there are two small screws that go into brackets inside the top oven door. Highly recommend taking the doors off the oven to pull it out, much easier to work with.
NOTE: On my old board I noticed one solder joint that was burned out and I since I already had the new board I just replaced but you might want to check that first and see if just a solder fix gets you working again before you spend $$ on a new board.
