SOURCE: No water flow on Fisher and Paykel smartdrive 708 washing machine

Take the lid off, just open it & pull it straight up.There should be a little red button that the lid strikes against unless its a different model,in that case it has a magnetic reed switch under the right hand side of the hob.press this red switch instead of closeing lid,see if it fill with no problem.the lid may not be making good contact with switch..if thats not it then it may be the inlet valve..then you can try the hot,if theres no problem with hot then its the cold valve.

SOURCE: Kenmore washing machine Type 111 Model 110

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Overfilling in your washer occurs mainly due to two things: water inlet valve going bad and/or the water level switch. If the water inlet valve has gone bad it won't be able to shut off even when the electricity has been turned off. If the issue is with the water level switch then it won't tell the water to shut off and the machine will overflow as this switch is to sense the water level in the clothes tub. However, with that being said it seems that you'll need to replace the water inlet valve. Please rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

SOURCE: F21 error message - whirlpool duet front loader

Hello, welcome to fixya. Based on your post I understand you have a "F21" error problem with a Kenmore washer, the error means an excessive drain time or excessive suds was detected as you may or may not already know. It is not related to filling. If you follow the link to my solution to this error designed specifically for "do-it-yourselfers" you should be fixed up in no time. (It's much quicker for me than pasting or retyping the complete solution several hundred times, that's how common this is) http://www.fixya.com/support/r9090359-whirlpool_frontload_f2_f21_sd_suds Thank you for visiting fixya for your washer inquiry. Please take a moment to rate my assistance both here and on my tip link and leave a brief testimony. Regards, Macmarkus :)

My Toshiba washing machine model AW-A800MBK This have 4 LED lights, Now machine running some time drain and showing LED 2,3 glowing and then machine stop, What is the problem with this machine?

Toshiba top load washers have standard error codes. Depending on the display (2 or 3 digits depending on the model) it will either show E21 (or E23) or alternate E2 and -1 (or E2 and -3). Here's a list of most Toshiba washers error codes;

E1: Water doesn't drain in time or not at all
E21: Lid open
E23: Lid not locking
E31: Load imbalance
E32: Check E1 and/or E31
E5: No water coming in

You can try resetting to factory default by following the procedure: Power OFF, then pressing and holding the Super Spin Dry button, press power ON and it should beep 3 times. E2 error code aw 8990st toshiba wash Washing Machines

My toshiba washing machine aw-9500 SB showing error E9. what is the solution???

Check that the level of the drain hose is not lower than the base of the washing machine. Additionally check for a water leak. If no trace of water, switch off the power, reconnect and try again.

I have problem with Toshiba machine AW B1000GUBB machine doesn't start and error code comes E7-4 What to do pls reply

This is an error code that something is wrong with the water pressure. Possibly a water filter is plugged up, water pressure coming into the machine may be too low. Or maybe, if you have moved the machine you may have kinked the inlet hose to the machine.

Toshiba washing machine model AW 9790s error code E1

E1 is the drainage hose error, check the drainage pipe hose is not blocked damaged or filled with water or frozen, or maybe the return sensor for the hose is switched sensing something is wrong with the pipe but isnt. check the drainage hose ensure all water is out of the hose. open and close the lid one, then press the start/hold button this should reset the error alarm.

I hope this was useful
