Jabra Evolve 75e shows a firmware update available in Jabra Direct, but isn't selectable in the updater

why do you want or need a firmware update ?
if the drive is functioning correctly, it,s best to leave it alone.
Flashing a drive with firmware, can lead to an unusable drive. if you get a corrupt file-bad flash or power cut. you,ll have a pretty paperweight.

Yes, it's fine. Even though you have to select which phone you have, it will detect the current software version you have before updating and advise you whether there is an update available. This holds true for all SE phones with the "i" suffix.

I downloaded the LG Mobile Support Tool at http://www.51spsoft.com/Download.asp?ID=34522, which easily downloaded and installed the right firmware for me.

when it gets stuck scanning. Press (volume up) and the (mode) button both down for a few seconds. when you release the two buttons this will turn it off and back on in few seconds.
