Okay, I had the same problem of Jabra Journey not talking anymore, 'voice on connected "etc. And instead it only made sounds like bing bing... Here's the answer and its so simple! Turn the unit off with the slider off/on switch, (symbols are - or o). Then, press and hold the button at the very end of the unit, (symbol looks something like sound waves), while sliding the power back on. That's all there is to it and you'll hear it start talking again.

Will it connect with your cell phone?

Turn off headset, press and hold power button till light flashes blue and red continously.
Release power button and press it twice. You will hear a Chinese voice prompt.
Press twice again to hear English voice prompt.
Press and hold till it turns off.
Turn it back on and connect to phone.

Turn your music or TV on your phone. Turn on headset. Turn on blu tooth. After headset connects, the sound should stop coming out of phone. Turn up volume on phone and headset. If this does not work, repair the headset to phone. Then repeat steps.

you are following correct and logical steps to charge your device. If it won't charge, there are two possibilities: Your chager is defective: you can detect charger's output using an electronic tester. If you don't have one, should check it with some electronic repair service If charger is ok, then your battery is dead. Most similar devices have so called "lifetime" rechargable batteries - means, you can't take apart your device to change the battery. I have no idea if your device is or not servicable so just to be sure you won't throw away a rapairable device, check it at some electonic service site. Do you have a manual? windows 7 supports bluetooth compatibility, but this doesn't mean the computer is equipped with the proper hardware. open the control panel, select system, device manager, and look under HID header; to see if the device for blue tooth has been installed.
