Call the brand? hotline and ask for customer service, they should guide you to proper spot on your RCA Television to locate the model number. I had this same problem last week and they were very helpful.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Am suspecting your electric or power supply.
I need you to try the following steps.
1. unplug all your units or appliances
2. Reset your circuit breaker
3. try to plug your tv only and turn it On, if its turn On, then your tv is Ok
4. You mention window unit, is this aircondition window type?
Now try to plug this window unit and turn it On, if electricity went out again, then the problem is in your circuit breaker.

It could be the specs or rating of your circuit breaker does not much with the rating of your window unit.

Not sure what you are asking. Are you looking for the screw for the attaching the mount to the TV or the mount to the wall.
If you are looking for the screw size for the back of the TV, it could be metric size M6 or M8. Just be careful of the length. Too long and you will ruin the TV. Maybe google the TV model and it might show in the owner manual the exact screw to use.

Bolt size is M6 bolt pattern and thread pitch. A 15 to 25 mm long bolt is recommended depending on the thickness of the wall bracket.

The wall mount is not made to be fit into the base, it is attached to the back the TV, TV uses what they call VESA mounting which had different pattern for each TV. Look at your TV user manual to find out the VESA mounting number.

Most of these will. You san see the screw mounts on the back of the set and compare them the wall mount spand holes. I have mounted 19" RCA LCD Panels so I have got to believe this 32" should be able to mount on most universal wall mounts.
