The Y2662488 is the serial number. The sewing machine is a 66K which was built starting in 1925. The parts for the 66 and the 66K should be the same; the K indicates the factory where the machine was made.
What part are you calling the throat pad? I've found a throat plate, a darning plate and the bobbin cover. See https://www.vintagesingerparts.com/collections/singer-model-66 .
