Question about Televison & Video
I hit the remote a few times and the TV came on but then the volume went full by itself...I pushed it back...and it rolled back all the way up...I tried the master volume...same thing??? I JUST BOUGHT a new remote and it fixed the power on/off...HOWEVER the volume still rolls back to full volume constantly...??????

You need to open the remote as it’s probably full of greasy dirt for using it. Open and use a alcohol wipe to clean all of the buttons. Then it should work

It honestly sounds like the unit is going to need some repair work. All the types of troubleshooting possible have been done by the looks of it. It's a hardware problem which is impossible to repair remotely.
You can call Riso at 978-777-7377 to find the nearest service center.
Sorry about that.
Thanks for your patience and understanding,

There are many models of Marshal amps icluding 15Watt types.
First thing to try is to see if headphones have normal volume. If they do, then the headphone jack switch that connects the speaker is LIKELY bad.
If the headphones do not have any volume, LIKELY causes are:
1. Fried output power amp
2. Volume pot is broken or has bad solder joints to the circuit board.
