My asus X553M laptop Windows 10 X6 used to connect with my external portable jbl bluetooth speaker but not more. I'm not sure if there is a jbl driver that I am suppose to download? Any advice please?

like head phones? to see if PC is ok.

it is very hard now to see thing that are disabled (a minor gray out) yellow marks would be better but they removed that nice feature.
the last w10 forced auto update turned things I had disabled.back on, (web cam ,is one)


so look carefully in DM

The laptop BT turned on icon is stuck grey (clicking doesn't turn it on) - solving that part will hopefully make the JBL speaker to pair and connect hopefully but how can it be turned on when it is seemingly permanently grey?? simple,that gray means the BT software is failing. and that can for 2 reasons
(usb & BT both) 4 counting HW and SW.

1:that USB POrt is dead (or drivers)
are all usb ports failing for the dongle.
2: the usb + blue tooth dongle is dead
3: the bluethooth driver is no good

so why not fist make sure the internet is working. is it that is always first first
