Put ur sim into another ph if that doesn't work there is an option, (don't have ph and it will send to email)

After you dropped your iPhone I assume the battery connector to *********** board has moved. Now you have to open your iPhone which follow link tells you very simply how to do it. and put the connector in to right spot. Do not be afraid, it is not that difficult to do it but make sure you have the proper tools. I have finished to do that and my iPhone is completely fine.
