THERE ARE 3 LEVELS STATED IN THIS 2012 MANUAL BIOS.
SUPERVISOR (ADMIN)
USER
AND BOOT PW.
1,2,3 Three kinds/
and 2012 PC is w8 ready meaning the old COIN pulled way is now useless, as the manual told you, page 10
if ADMIN is set , bios screens are locked out. on purpose
boot pass word blocks windows from booting. not entered correctly.
if TPM was set the PC is locked out, hard. by design.
TPM set and then cleared using ADMIN login, all data is lost. gone
by DESIGN TPM rules and laws there of.

we can;'t see what is set in your bios. so....
now level 4, HDD security page12 if set that too is locked out.
we can't see any of this in a text box.
if you bought it locked out send it back
if from a friend as a handme down, ask them for the PW.
or guess.
or google backdoor passwords
FUJITSU LH532 page 10 says (see photo and learn this)

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/829337/Fujitsu-Lifebook-Ah532.html?page=10&term=reset&selected=2#manual

see the will not word,
that means ONLY HACKING works and we are not hackya dot com.
google for hacks if you want.
all PC laptops 2012 and newer the rules are strict.

next time don't set this junk. or write it down next time.

SOURCE: i forget my bios password

Answer: If you have mistakenly forgot or lost your BIOS password or you receive a password at boot that you do not know, you will need to clear the BIOS password by one of the below methods. Precaution: When inside the computer please be sure of the potential of ESD.

  • Try using generic BIOS passwords. A complete listing of these passwords can be found on document CH000451.
  • There are utilities designed to help bypass BIOS passwords. An example of a great utility to decrypt / bypass BIOS passwords is the PC BIOS Security and Maintenance toolkit, which is available by clicking here.
  • On the computer motherboard locate the BIOS clear / password jumper or dipswitch and change its position. Once this jumper has been changed, turn on the computer and the password should be cleared. Once cleared, turn the computer off and return the jumper or dipswitch to its original position.
The location of the jumpers or dipswitches may vary; however, here are general locations where these jumpers / dipswitch may be located.
  1. On the edge of the motherboard - Most jumpers are located on the side of the motherboard for easy accessibility, verify by looking at all visible edges of the motherboard.
  2. By the CMOS battery - Some manufactures will place the jumper to clear the CMOS / BIOS password by the actual CMOS battery.
  3. By the processor - Some manufactures will place the jumpers by the processor of the computer. However, note that in some cases these jumpers will be to change the processor and not the password.
  4. Under the keyboard or bottom of laptop - If you are working on a laptop computer the location of the dipswitch (almost never a jumper) can be under the keyboard or on the bottom of the laptop in a compartment such as the memory compartment.
  5. Other visible location - While it is possible that the jumpers / dipswitches may not be in a visible location, most manufactures try to make things easier by placing the jumpers / dipswitches in another visible location.
Additionally, when looking for the jumper / dipswitch the label of that switch can be anything; however, in most cases will be labeled CLEAR - CLEAR CMOS - CLR - CLRPWD - PASSWD - PASSWORD - PWD.
  • On the computer motherboard locate and remove the CMOS battery for at least 10 minutes allowing the computer to lose its information. Note: this will not work on all computers.
  • If your manufacturer has a bypass password this can be entered and allow you access to the BIOS and/or computer. Because of the security risk of a bypass password, generally only older computers will have this option. In addition, it is likely that this information will only be able to be obtained from the computer, motherboard or BIOS manufacturer.
  • On the computer motherboard locate the CMOS solder beads and jump the solder beads to clear the password. The identification and location of these solder beads can vary and if not available in computer documentation is generally only obtainable through the computer manufacturer.
If one of the above solutions do not clear the password or you are unable to locate the jumpers or solder beads, it is recommended you contact the computer manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer for the steps on clearing the computer password.

Good Luck, this should get ya back on line/Please dont for get to Vote.Thank You.

Once I change bios password, how do i use it to change password at start up/user screen? Fujitsu lifebook model b6220 (windows installed).

Bios password is completely separate to windows password. The BIOS is Basic Input Output System and runs when you first switch the laptop on, performing a POST operation. Once the POST is finished, windows starts loading up from disk.

If you need to reset a windows password, for example if you have forgotten it, then you need to use a bootable Linux password reset utility. There is a free password reset utility which is part of the ultimate boot cd and can be downloaded as an iso file and burned to cd on a separate computer. Once the CD is created, put it into your laptop and boot up the system. Use the menus to choose under file utilities, Offline NT Password Tool and it will allow you to reset the password of whichever account you choose

I have a fujitsu stylistic q702 hybrid tablet notebook pic I forgot my bios password The computer will load up windows 8 but if I try to enter bios menu on startup I am asked for a password

I can't find a decent manual for your laptop but there will be 2 pins on the motherboard that will say BIOS Clear. Short these 2 pins and turn the computer on. This is the only way to bypass the BIOS password. This operation will clear the BIOS and reset to factory defaults. After the BIOS is cleared, turn the computer off and take off the short.

How to unlock or to replace the board

Maksiza, I had a customer who would had their harddrive locked. It was a DELL machine, using a travelstar drive, we called DELL verified they were the owners and they gave the master hard drive password to the hard drive and it worked beautifully. Call Samsung with the machine serial number/tag number/asset number whatever and they should have it if not try fujitsu. http://www.samsung.com/products/notebook/index.htm# http://www.fujitsu.com/us/services/computing/storage/hdd/contact/index.html The Fujitsu site looks better. Good Luck, Tim p.s. Of course we called DELL after 10 hours of searching.
