FOR GOT THE BIOS PASSWORD, a LAPTOP 2012 ERA (WINDOWS 8 ERA BIOS)
THERE ARE 3 LEVELS STATED IN THIS 2012 MANUAL BIOS.
SUPERVISOR (ADMIN)
USER
AND BOOT PW.
1,2,3 Three kinds/
and 2012 PC is w8 ready meaning the old COIN pulled way is now useless, as the manual told you, page 10
if ADMIN is set , bios screens are locked out. on purpose
boot pass word blocks windows from booting. not entered correctly.
if TPM was set the PC is locked out, hard. by design.
TPM set and then cleared using ADMIN login, all data is lost. gone
by DESIGN TPM rules and laws there of.
we can;'t see what is set in your bios. so....
now level 4, HDD security page12 if set that too is locked out.
we can't see any of this in a text box.
if you bought it locked out send it back
if from a friend as a handme down, ask them for the PW.
or guess.

next time don't set this junk. or write it down next time.
You have to remove the cmos battery on the motherboard and unplug it completely from the power . Makesure to remove the battery allso

If you have mistakenly forgot or lost your BIOS password or you receive a password at boot that you do not know, you will need to clear the BIOS password by one of the below methods.
Precaution: When inside the computer please be sure of the potential of ESD.
The location of the jumpers or dipswitches may vary; however, here are general locations where these jumpers / dipswitch may be located.
Additionally, when looking for the jumper / dipswitch the label of that switch can be anything; however, in most cases will be labeled CLEAR - CLEAR CMOS - CLR - CLRPWD - PASSWD - PASSWORD - PWD.
If one of the above solutions do not clear the password or you are unable to locate the jumpers or solder beads, it is recommended you contact the computer manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer for the steps on clearing the computer password.

Boot your pc from it by pressing F9 or F12 and use BIOS / CMOS Tools from it.
