How to replace dispenser actuator on Samsung RSG257AARS

The signal to dispense comes from the timer board. I am not sure if you can use a multi meter on the dispensing actuators to see if you are getting a signal. My guess is you are getting a signal to all but the fabric softener actuator. If this is true you may have a bad board. I am sorry but I do not have the board testing ranges or procedure.

Have you checked that the door is closing ok and that the door seals are meeting the door frame all round?
It might be that the coolant gas has slowly leaked out. A good indication this has happened is that the bottom of the freezer is a lot warmer than the top. To repair an engineer will first cut the coolant pipe and drain the existing gas and then recharge, re-pressurise and seal.

If your water and ice maker are not working, you may not have turned your water valve back on.
