I forgot the pin code on the remote, how can I over ride it?

What you need to do is contact the manufacturer of either your remote control otherwise the manufacturer of the Time Warner [aka: cable providers some times also have the info on file for their customers] they store the code information within their internal systems for their customers such as yourself. Otherwise there is normally a paper insert with the remote control or the Time Warner that would list the info for select manufacturers on there. Toshiba has pretty universal IR signals/codes so you should be okay when trying to program in the codes. The manufacturers can also assist you through the steps--believe me it can get frustrating some times!

The CT-90325 remote is not actually a universal. It's made to control certain DVD players through the HDMI port with something called REGZA-LINK. If you have said DVD player the link provided above and corresponding page number should be the answer you are hoping to get.
