DEFY top loader washing machine and replacing the nano filter
Hi guys, please help me I have a DEFY top loader washing machine and the nano filter is broken and I bought the new one thinking that it will be easy to replace but there is a small piece that doesn't want to come out of it. Therefore I can't replace the broken one with the new nano filter. Please help me guys and tell me how to remove the little piece that looks like its screw in but I can't see exactly where is it screwed.

I have a defy top loader washing machine model wtl13019w the machine works fine when it washes the clothes but when it gets to the spin cycle it spins but starts to get unbalanced and hits the sides we've tried putting less washing in but it does the same thing in the spin cycle
