SOURCE: I would like to cancel the telkom landline Nr. 011 867 5846 as this friend of mine moved to Asia permanently.

You would have to contact the telephone company that put the service in.

I have purchased a new router (TP Link Wireless N ADSL2+ modem Router). The set-up guide require the following information from my ISP. VPI and VCI...WAN link type..Please supply this information.

contact your telecomm provider to cancel your service, as well as your DSL provider. Possibly one and the same.... their contact information should be on the bills.
