SOURCE: OSD Lockout
Hold the menu/ok button for ten seconds, to unlock the OSD.
If this doesn't solve the problem, then it's probably the button that got stuck.
There are two things you can do to repair it, but both require that you
dismantle the casing, which voids any warranty.. so, if the monitor's
still covered by the warranty, or if money is not an issue, have it
repaired by professionals on an accredited brand shop (check your
warranty details for more information on this subject).
If not, remove the casing, locate the menu button's contact switch on
the circuit board, and try to release it using something thin like a
screwdriver, x-acto knife, or set of plyers.
If this doesn't work, chances are the menu button is stuck on a loop,
sending a continuous signal to the board (which keeps locking/unlocking
the OSD).
If so, your only solution (other than take it to a repair shop) is to
remove it, by prying it off with a screwdriver or set of plyers.
Of course, you'll lose access to the OSD features, but I guess this is
better than to have a message stuck on front of your screen all the
time..
This is a tried and working solution, since I had this problem myself
(with a Philips 190B monitor), and solved it successfully, with this
method.
SOURCE: Mattress Base
There is currently a voluntary recall on this very part. Visit www.storkcraft.com and click on recall. If your crib was manufactured between 2001 and 2008, fill out the form and you can get a free bracket replacement kit. You will need to look at the sticker on the base under the mattress (where the instructions are usually glued). Write down the model number, date of manufacture, etc. and fill out the form. I'm not certain whether the form submission will allow for a UK address, but I would think if it doesn't you could phone customer service and tell them you'd like the free bracket kit being offered because of the recall.

There is nothing more fun than traveling with your best
friend, especially if you travel alone.
Here are some helpful travel tips and suggested pet supplies
to have along in order to have a successful trip.
Pack your pets supplies
Make sure to take your pet belongings along with you, get
a doggie bag. It is important that your pet will have his familiar toys and
accessories, especially if you are going somewhere you and him have never been
before. Take the collar, harness, food bowl, pet bed and your pets favorite
toys. Make sure you take some snacks and treats for the road and make sure your
pet is familiar with the treats you give him, otherwise you can find yourself
in the middle of nowhere with a very upset pet.
You should also consider buying some seat covers or have
some nylons in the car in case youll have an unfortunate accident.
Another thing you might want to consider is getting a
booster for your pet, especially if you travel with dogs and cats. You must
make sure you travel safe. Any local pet supplies shop has these boosters.
If you have a naughty dog, make sure you take some calming
supplements with you in case it decides to go crazy just as you started
driving.
Another good tip before going to a long trip is practicing
beforehand. If your pet, especially dogs and cats, have never been into a car
or on a drive, it might be a good idea to have some short drives around the
neighborhood just to see if they are getting along.
In any event, planning ahead is always a good idea. It will make you feel confident that you have everything you need to have a safe and fun trip and make your pet calmer and easygoing so youll all have a blast!
You can buy one at most specialty pet stores or online at
