You cannot open a MacDonald's across the street from another one, because they have a franchise and a protected area. Television Networks operate almost the same way. If you own a TV station that carries THE TV network in your town and a local cable or satellite company has THE TV network available from NY and TX, you have the right as the local THE TV network affiliate to request that cable or satellite company not DUPLICATE your programming. That company must abide by FCC rules and display the blackout notice. The next time that you see the sign about blackout restrictions, check to see if it tells you that the program is available on your local channel.

I try to call my safe link phone says check call restrictions 34,how to I fix this!

Did you make at least one call per month on the tracfone? If not this maybe one of the reasons the call is restricted. You may have to manually receive your minutes for the month by: Pressing the menu key, when the prepaid menu appears press select. Go to redeem airtime or add airtime. If your screen displays a message scroll down and press ok until you see Card# or Airtime Pin. Enter 555 then press enter. If it says promotional code select no. Make sure you keep your safe link phone on to receive your minutes and see if that fix the problem. If that doesn't work you may have to call safe link at 1-800-378-1684.

Best Regards!

Have a peavey-xr-600b peavey mixer amp. i get aloud hum and noise and cracking when plugging speaker jacks.

Hi chillin884

Not a good sign. Something has gone wrong with the output stages of your Peavey. It is not a good idea to continue plugging it in as damage may occur to your speakers. I suggest you take it to a decent music gear repair guy for a look see and give you a quote to repair These heads, like all Peavey gear, are pretty solid and worth repair. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news like this, good luck
