Sounds like they are asking for your cable provider. I also have a Samsung 4K smart Tv. They asked for my cable provider and I later had to set up my internet provider so I could access hulu, netflix, and amazon prime.

As far as I now amazon and Netflix are completely separate companies. Amazon has "Amazon video" for prime members. On the mobile app it's under "shop by department" or they have there own video streaming app for prime members. Hope this helped. :)

Netflix is a separate company which Amazon does not own.
It is a separate subscription service.
If you want Netflix, you need to sign up with Netflix and pay a monthly fee for a membership to access Netflix.

If you are already a member of Amazon Prime, when you configure Amazon Video on your TV (which requires your Amazon login & password), it will recognize that you are a Prime member and provide you with Prime menus & content.

There's no relationship between Netflix and Amazon Prime whatsoever. If you subscribe to Netflix everything listed is included in your monthly charge. If you subscribe to Amazon Prime, some videos are included with your membership and some you pay for. Two totally separate companies.

You need a connected tv that has an app for Netflix or buy a dvd/bluray that has connected tv apps built in. I have a Sony bluray and am able to watch netflix, amazon Prime video and youtube on my tv through this bluray
