I have a new phone and according to settings when I am in my car the phone is paired with the parrot device. It rings through the speakers but I cannot hear anyone speaking

just had the same problem
solution : hold the answer and hangup buttons down for 5 seconds {press red and green and hold}
the parrot kit will then tell you it is erasing memory then it will say ready for pairing turn on your bluetooth on your phone doe a search find and select parrot enter default code 1234 when prompted as a pin and away you go

before attempting to pair your headset with another device, be sure that the bluetooth headset is in the off position

• press and hold MFB until indicator light flashes blue and red. The headset will also beep twice
• to pair your device to the bluetooth headset use the bluetooth pairing instructions from you device's instrucition manual.
• input ID code 0000 when requested by the device
• the headset and device are paired correctly when the blue and red indicator light flashes blue only.

It's possible that you need to reset the parrot - seems it might only accept pairing with one phone. On mine you hold down the red and green keys together until she tells you that she is clearing the memory, then she prompts you to pair your phone

Make sure the BlueAnt Supertooth 3 is turned OFF.

1. Press+Hold the Volume Up button and then also press the green button to reset the unit.
2. After completing the above reset, turn the ST3 OFF again and wait at least 10 seconds.
3. Turn unit back ON and select language when prompted.
4. Follow the voice prompts and pair the ST3 with your blackberry as normal.
5. After pairing has completed you will hear the ST3 announce “loading phonebook – please wait”.

you need to go to settings / paired devices / delete any old phones that are still stored as the parrot will only allow 5 paired devices. then try again. You may want to check your software and if your software is over 12 months old it will be a good idea to update your parrot, try parrot.com/support for more.
