Parrot site content present info only for drone. I have mini kit plus and need change language from deutsch to english but PARROT oficijal site support only drone info.

receive contacts is the same as voice tags. Use voice tag menu to receive contacts from your phone.

I had same problem too.
I have googled 3 days and found the solution from MULTICAN manual.
•Reset the hands-free kit:
Repeat the following sequence five times:
press the "Volume (-)" button and then the "Volume (+)".

And also F.Y.I.
•Enter the menu:
Press the following sequence twice: [SEEK up] button then the [SEEK down] button.
•Go forward through the menu: Press the "Volume (+)" button.
•Go backwards through the menu: Press the "Volume (-)" button.
•Select a menu option: Press the "Phone" button.
•Cancel a function: Long press of the "Phone" button.

There doesn't appear to be an iphone app for that product. Checking the compatibility page Parrot USA Compatibility it notes that the 5S is compatible with phonebook synchronization. You should read it,I see it notes that: Sending contacts via Bluetooth: If your phone does not support automatic synchronization, you can also use the Object Push function of your phone to send contacts from your mobile to the Parrot MINIKIT+ via Bluetooth. To do so : 1. Press the jogwheel and select Receive contacts. 2. Refer to your phones' user guide for more information about sending contacts via Object Push.
