Usually one way of banning you from a certain sites is when other members are requesting it or reporting your account to be a spammer or the like. Also, every computer has their specific computer name, ip address, and MAC address , which are the information needed to ban or block you. You have to send a request to reset your computer, that could probably release the information to lift the ban or being blocked.
