Most of the issues already raised have happened with my w995 after less than 24hours! bluetooth didnt work, wifi turned on when phone starts but didnt find any networks, phone could not find any mobile networks, phone kept restarting and screen kept turning off, phone froze several times and even froze while trying to reset settings. altogether a pile of **** from sony ericsson.

Hi mate i had same problem this morning, i was gutted cos i got mine off ebay, so have no guarantee, however i went to se site and updated the softwear, even that there was no update, it re-installed the softwear and wala its working fine, am i ha happy bunny. Hope it works for you? Meurig

this is a software glitch
same thing happened to me
you must update your software with latest sony drivers for w995
go to sony ericcson update service

These settings are operator specific. I know with Vodafone you can go on to their web site or into a shop give your phone number and they will send you the settings in an update like a text message. I suggest you have a look with your operators web site.
