the time warner controller works fine with that receiver. i have two controllers. i dont know the code because it searches for it itself. I have the code book but its too much work to look threw right now..email me if u really want [email protected]

I ran into the same issue, instead of buying a replacement remote I was able to dial in a Vip 211 dish network remote control with remote code 643 in AUX setting. Then once the code was in, i pressed the 6 key on the remote and now I can listen to audio on the music port. The 643 code refers to the first Panasonic amplifier/receiver in the code list. To further clarify, I pressed AUX for 4 seconds, pressed 2 to signal I am programming an amplifier/receiver device, then punched in 643 then pound sign.
