I have a hisense smart tv, I had a rok0 connected to my other tv to stream Netflix, do I need it for the hisense tv ? if not what do I do to connect?

If the Hisense TV is a smart TV, then it probably already has NetFlix on it. Click on the icon, log in, and go.

Good luck.

My Hisense TV turns off when I press the Netflix button everything was working fine including Netflix until yesterday how can I fix it please

Had the same exact problem; Hisense tv switched off when the Netflix button was clicked. Suspect it was because I was switching off the tv without switching off the Netflix app.
Seems to have been sorted by clearing the application cache and cookies. Using remote, go to:

Menu > Settings > System > Application Settings > Clear Cache & Cookies

Note that you will lose your existing login to Netfix and will have to log in again or register.

I have a Hisense 50M700UW TV. It works perfectly except for one problem. When we try to watch netflix through out Fetch TV box the sound comes out as a high frequency unintelligible mess.

You cannot hot swap HDMI connections. First thing to try is to power off and unplug all the devices from everything. Then make the connections to the Fetch and the Television, Then power to the Fetch, then the television, then turn on the Fetch, then the television. There is also a chance that the HDMI cable is an older one and needs to be replaced.
