My rheem model 11125007.it is leaky from top of unit. How we can fix it ?

The burner cover plate for your Rheem RRNL-B030JK08E unit can be obtained from an authorized Rheem dealer or distributor. You can visit the Rheem website to locate a dealer or distributor in your area. Alternatively, you can contact Rheem customer service for assistance in obtaining the burner cover plate. I can't find any information on that MODEL you listed in your question. It's sort of like the Rheem Air Handler models but notthing comes back. In any case you will NEED the SERIAL number, as that will tell you all you need to know about it. If you can't decipher SN, call RHEEM and they can give you the info on that unit. Sorry I could not be of more help.

Code 14 Overheat Wrap Fault
Ensure high fire and low fire manifold pressure are correct.
Check gas type of unit and ensure it matches gas type being used.
Check heat exchanger for cracks and/or separations.
Ohm out safety circuit.
Check for improper conversion of product.
Check for restrictions in air flow around unit and vent terminal.
Check for a foreign materials in combustion chamber and/or exhaust piping.

This model has one sacrificial anode, located underneath a plastic cap. Drop water pressure, unscrew anode.
It's long. There are two types available, magnesium and aluminium. Replace like for like.
Magnesium is for soft/treated town water, aluminium is for harsher water.
The condition of the anode you take out will tell you if you timed it about right.
Needs doing every 5 to 6 years, along with the relief valves.
Mine was made in 2006, about to do this job for the second time.

Rheem, Richmond, Ruud, and Paloma are all the same manufacturer. After about 9 months, my tankless RTG-74PVN started giving me error code 11 and cold water!. I fixed it by cleaning the burner, as shown in this video:

If water is leaking from a pipe. then replace or repair the pipe or fitting. If the leak is coming from the unit itself, then replace the unit. Hope this helps.

Contact Rheem; the Burner control unit has lost comm with the remote...the part is warranteed for up to five years.

If you checked the reset, then the next thing to check would be the breaker in your breaker box. If that doesnt work start checking the elements. The reset, the thermostat and the elements are pretty much all that can go wrong with an electric water heater, short of a leaky tank or faulty t&p valve. Hope this helps.

If you don't have current, 0v from terminal to terminal, then you don't have voltage to the elements. Replace the thermostat but check that you have 220v to the thermostat. It is possible that your breakers to the unit are either bad or tripped.
