Try using the default password 0000 or if that doesn't work, go to menu, lock and see if the lock system is on.. If the lock system is on, turn it off.
Check the TV user's guide for more info.

Go into your user menu and make sure the inputs are turned on. If they are, check your source and make sure it is working. You can do this buy hooking something else to your set. If you find that it is your set that is the problem, then your main board wil need to be replaced
Please provide a model number for this TV, I would have thought being an LED tv that you wouldn't be needing a set-top box as it would be digital already.

your best and maybe only hope is to call the hotel unit for LG (not part of the main unit) to see if they will help or refuse you.

Refer its user manual for details. In most cases, you might have to enter its service mode option to make it normal mode; out of Hotel mode.
