I'd go with a series connection or you WILL present too low an impedance to the modest amps.

That means + to minus on one speaker, then + of that speaker to - of the next, then + of that speaker back to - on the amp. Repeat for the other channel.

Start with LOW VOLUME and see how the amp reacts. Of course, you'll have no way of controlling individual volumes so if the speakers are mistmatched it won

RD probably stands for "Reading Disc" and ND probably stands for "No Disc". If the CD player doesn't recognize any discs, then either the laser is dead or the motor has died. MOst likely you will have to replace the unit.

according to www.rca.com they have the remotes for this stereo for sell just go to this website go to technical help and they will get you one i just bought a new one myself
