i think your copier was not used for a long time , so the nozzles inside the drum unit are dry and blocked and you are getting d17 -237 , that over ink on one side of the drum and not evenly covered with ink . you need to take off the drum unit and if possible open it , take off the film , and get inside and clean the nozzles . if not , you will be forced to change your drum unit .
Usually you use it through the firewire port. If you don't have firewire or software you could buy a pinnacle set up that comes with hardware/software. You can find it at a circuit city/best buy. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks, lee
