You can google kymco error codes and there is video on u tube

hi, it's a controller trip error message this can mean a bad connection or at worse a controller fault ...

Kymco Midi XLS Mobility Scooter. Hi, it is flashing green 8 times and the battery gauge is flashing on one red bar.

EDIT - FIXED. Kymco Agility mobility scooter coming up with number 9 error code.

Question edited to reflect that you fixed it. Well done.

Just an update all fixed. Check your pins in the brake motor connector. I snapped the pin while sorting it out so redid that and now all working again thanks.

Code 9 is a generic error for the parking brake.
