This is late, as I just purchased this product for myself and had the no charge bs happening but I think I figured it out for most of you, hopefully. So I took all the screws out of the back of the unit, removed the cover and LOW AND BEHOLD, SOME DUM A** AT THE FACTORY FORGOT TO PLUG IN THE DC IN PLUG SO THE BATTERY CAN ACCEPT CURRENT TO CHARGE FROM AN OUTLET. SMH. So just plug that in and bam, charging
