if your trying to use someone elses computer and it wont let you change the user name go into browser options and use (incognito window) this will let you login.

Be sure you are using the correct login and password. The delay is a security measure to help prevent hacking into your account.

just get a google account . you can login with that .

back up ur data by login safemode by pressing f8 when pc starts

backup all user data

create new user account and delete old account

It does not allow you because if u sign up with another user account or ps3 it will not allow you to login.

You must login to the user that you used when making PSN account then it will work.

For example I create an account on a guest account and login into mine it wont work because it must be in guest.

Hi Nisha, you may try to recover your password by clicking on "forgot your password".
It will ask you security question you must have setup while creating the account.

You will receive the recovered password in the alternate email you provided. Change your password as soon as you are able to login.
