Sounds like the main drive is not "engaged" or you are in "stop watch" mode. Check to make sure you are in the correct mode. Then check to see if you can change the hour/minute hands. Reset the time and re-engage. See if that corrects the problem. (You've probably have done this already)

The watch has a 2 year warentee plus because it's water resistant down to 330 feet, I would take it back or to an authorized dealer to have it repaired. Other wise you stand the chance of damaging as really nice watch. And while you are there have them explain all the features. Really is a nice watch.

SOURCE: technomarine watch battery replacement

If you plan on doing this yourself, find a nice heavy pair of needle nose pliers and put the ends in the knotches on the casing back. Have them as far apart from each other as you can and turn counter-clockwise. If you still have problems opening, put the watch in a vise with the lugs in the teeth of the vise. DO NOT tighten too hard or you will snap the lugs. It dosn't have to be tight , just enough to hold the watch while you turn the back. If you still have problems please let me know and we will find another way of doing this.Good luck!!

How do I re-set my CLOK TCR338 to not read in military time?

heres an answer another question had that might assist u in some way:
Hi,

According to the instructions that we received with our clock. You should be able to get the Instruction manual from [email protected]. It is also supposed to be under the support section of the website www.dpi-global.com but I couldn't find such a link.

However the "Operational Support" insert has the following:

Setting the clock
1. With the unit powered off, press and hold the "Clock/Display/Play/Pause Button" for at least 4 seconds.
2. While holding the "Clock/Display/Play/Pause Button", press the "Hour" and "Minute Buttons" to adjust the hour and minute on the time.
3. When the correct time is selected, release the "Clock/Display/Play/Pause Button" to set the clock

Setting the Alarms
1. With the unit powered off, press and hold the "AL1" or "AL2" Button for at least 4 seconds.
NOTE: An alarm icon will begin to flash on the LCD display.

2. While holding the "AL1" or "AL2" Button, press the "Hour" and "Minute Buttons" to adjust the hour and minute on the alarm time.

3. When the correct time is selected, release the "AL1" or "AL2" Button to set the clock.

4. Press the "AL1" or "AL2" Button consecutively to switch alarm one and alarm two between sounding to a buzzer, the currently set radio station, or a docked iPod.

Hi. It has silicone oil in it. To tolerate diving to that depth the watch is capable. It is normal, but if the silicone has to be completed if some leaked. Take it to the repair service. Best regards!!!!!!

I Have a problem with my Technomarine ABS05. There is changed a battery by someone. but the watch doesnt work. I removed the back and some oil came out. where can i find that sort of oil? How can I change...

Hi,

Oil should not come out of a watch. There just isn't that much oil in a watch to have it dripping out.

Are you sure it wasn't water? I can see where moisture could have gotten inside the watch if it was not sealed properly after the battery change.

The fast mall battery change places, jewelers and mart stores do not hire people that are trained to change batteries properly. We have a love hate relationship with those places. We love them because they keep us in business with all the watches they damage. We hate that they are in the business of replacing batteries in the first place because of how many watches they damage.

If you had one of those cheap battery stores replace the battery most likely they did not reseal your watch and it got water inside. This water will cause the problems you have now with your watch.

You will need to have a qualified watchmaker repair your watch.

Hope this helps,

Ken

How to change the strap of leather to the gel strap technomarine

Hello,
What is the reference of the watch? On the Cruise collection, the process is very simple: 1.      (To remove band) Squeeze the easy release spring bar to one side until it detaches from the watch case completely, do the same for both bands.
2.      (To attach new band) Take the straps that you want to put on and squeeze the easy release spring bar with your (nail or screwdriver) and insert into little groove, it should snap right into place
3.      Do the same for other band

Watch

if it is an automatic you will have to wear it or shake it for a little while. If it is quartz then the battery might have to be changed.
