Can't pair bluetooth with Samsung sgh-a737

Asks for passkey on phone and the bluetooth manual says to look in the phone's user manual, but the phone's user manual says to look at the bluetooth user manual.

The default pass key for all bluetooh phones and devices is 1234 or 0000 try out both till the device connects

Pairing Instructions

1. When you turn on your Samsung Bluetooth

headset for the first time, it proceeds into pairing

mode immediately.

2. If you have paired the headset with other

Bluetooth devices, make sure that the headset

is off. Press and hold the Multi-Function button

until the blue indicator light stays solid blue after

blinking.

3. Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the headset

by following your phone's guide. Typically, the

steps involve going to a 'Setting', 'Connection',

or 'Bluetooth' menu on your phone and then

selecting the option to discover Bluetooth devices.

4. Your phone will find the Samsung headset and

ask if you want to pair with it. Confirm this by

pressing the Yes or OK key.

5. Enter a passkey or PIN, 0000 (4 zeros), then

press the Yes or OK key.

6. If pairing was successful, the indicator light will

flash in blue 10 times rapidly before going to

flashing every 3 seconds. If unsuccessful, the

light remains on, and you will need to re-attempt

pairing.

7. When you turn on your headset after pairing

with the phone, the headset is automatically

connected to the phone.

8. When you turn on your phone after pairing with

the headset, the phone is connected to the
headset by pressing the Multi-Function button.

I have a Samsung Flight Phone. Model: SGH - A797. How do I connect my bluetooth to the phone?

I think this phone does not supports bluetooth it m wrong then do the following..
Connecting Bluetooth Headset to Phone First activate you Bluetooth on both phone n as well ason headset...Then search from phoneto Bluetooth headset then.....Select it n pair it to your phoneusing any passkey which should be same in both the devices..and afterpairing u can use it....nicely...

When i try to pair it the bluetooth and my phone wont pair!!!The Bluetooth device is the HS820

Follow these steps to pair your phone with the bluetooth device.

Pairing
With the headset and phone close together:
1 With the headset off, hold the Multifunction Button until the LED remains on (about 5 seconds).
2 Perform a device discovery from the phone. For details on device discovery for your phone, refer to the phone’s user’s guide.
When the scan is complete, the phone displays the devices found.
3 Select the Motorola HS820 from the discovered devices list and confirm following the on screen prompts.

4 When prompted by the phone, enter the passkey 0000 and confirm to pair the headset with the phone.
The device ID is now stored in the phone’s memory.
Pairing is successful when the headset indicator flashes rapidly.

Need a passkey for samsung omnia

hi, default passkey is 0000. Enter this passkey in the asus notebook when it asks for passkey.

Both the passkey should be same to enable file transfer through bluetooth.

I'm not certain but it may be 0000, if not check the manual for the device. It should say how to establish a connection.

Cannot connecting with other phone by bluetooth

please ensure both phones have the bluetooth in "discoverable" mode and then connect..use four zeroes 0000 on both phones if it asks for a passkey..
