If the room temp is below 60 degree, coils may be frozen in block of ice - see if you can see into grills.

If frozen, unplug and set in tub or over drain.

Check to see that it is not set on CONT (continous) as it will run but with low indoor humidity in winter, not have mosture to extract.

How do I remove the cover of a Soleusair HMT-D70EIP-A dehumidifier? I have an internal leak and see no screws that hold the cover together.

Screws are normally hidden under the feet, under plastic plugs or under rounded screw covers.

Why is water going to the bucket instead of getting pumped out the hose? Does this mean the pump has quick working?

It is possible that the drain hose is not properly positioned. It is very fussy about that. Here is a link to the manual on PDF. See pages 8 thru 12.
