I make an overhaul for atlas copco GA75 air end and I found that the two screw make a noise like they touch themselves during rotation, how I can fix it.

Check the Deutch diesel engine controls. Normally with
the compressor at full open, engine must continously run, sionce this is the point where the engine is not
heavy loaded. Check the injection pump as well as engine speed control and the air filter.

you should have an oil trap or two in the line from the out let of the compresor before it go's into the factory
they also trap any water in the air there easy to fit into the line and not very pricy

suspect that the inlet control valve or control regulator may be at fault, but are you sure that your demand is not more than the compressor can deliver? if you close off the service valve will it come up to pressure and idle back as normal? if so then you may have a leak in your system or your demand is to large. But having a knowledgeable service tech check it out would be the next step.

if its fitted with a water seperator then it may need draining, other than that your oil/air seperator filter may require changing, you will get some water(conensation) as the compressed air heats up and cools down, failing that try an in-line air/water sperator(about 20 pounds to buy)
