Be careful - sounds fraudulent. Never in years have I seen a Facebook lottery.

I would simply advise that you IGNORE/DELETE that message. It could be some type of scam. I have never heard of "Facebook lottery." It definitely does NOTsound on the up and up to me.

Above all else, please do NOT give out ANY personal information about yourself!! That is how con artists and scammers start - by telling you that you "won a lottery", or that you "came into some unexpected money," but they are going to "need money from you to give you 'your' [non-existent] money."

You may want to do some type of formal checking with Facebook, if you feel unsure about this purported "lottery."

Personally, I don't know how to communicate with the people that do actually work at Facebook, but there may be something on your FB page? (But please DON'T go through "Carol Jane McNeely!" (-')

Besides, you can't "win" a lottery that you never entered to begin with, if you understand what I'm saying?

When ever you get junk like that and you know you didn't even sign up for it in the first place, don't even open it delete it. that's how they get into you PC

you can use a software called freedom to bypass your proxy.
make your account on www.freedom.net and download freedom and install it on your pc and enter your proxy address in freedom and every site will be unblocked
