Are you sure about that product ID? I found nothing with CDX prefix - perhaps you should try this -

I'd try to reset the system. Sometimes an unplug for overnight may help. It's possible you have a "bad" new toner cartridge.

Check both sides of the cartridge for pins that make contact to the cartridge. Ensure they are clean and not covered with toner. Also make sure to use genuine cartridges.
