There can be a host of problems with why you have lost sound ( could even be your tv via external audio ).I'd definately contact Sony and explain ; they're very good. They even replaced my son's PS2 which he'd already had for two years as the picture was wobbly : new one delivered next day and old one picked up ( all you need is the original box and proof of purchase, if it's second hand or you've thrown the box away, well be careful with 2nd hand electrical goods and always keep the box and receipt ! ).

The car is 18 months old and the are 6 areas on various parts of the cars where the metallic silver pains is bubbling up. Why is that happening and what is the best treatment?

18 month old car should be under warranty. Sounds like there were contaminants on the surface when painted and causing the paint to let go. Could have been chemicals spilled on your car as well. I would talk to your dealer first.

Bearings on Hotpoint

the unit is only 18 nmohths old then what you need to do is contact the manufacture and explain to them what is happening and if they are having simuary isssues with that particular moidel number. Possibly they are and you may be able to have it repaired on their dime! 18 months is not that long for a washer to start having these problems if you have not abused the unit by overloading the washer or over filling it with soap. Good Luck
