Justin, Did you replace the right coil, are the leads good,
Are both the triggering magnets still in the fly wheel,are they clean? Touch any piece of metal to both of them and make sure they are equal strength or close to it. If one magnet weak replace.
check compression hot and cold both cylinders there should be at most a 5% difference in compression values. if compression is low in the one in question than be paired to rebuild the unit.
to much fuel either the needle valve is stuck or the float is bad tear apart the carb acid dip and clean take float submerge in gas for 20 min pull out shake next to ear if you hear liquid inside its bad
