The wasp sting has probably affected your lymph nodes. If you have NO other symptoms such as hives, a rash, or difficulty breathing or swallowing, it should abate soon. You should initially go to a pharmacy and ask for a suitable antihistamine.
If the pain increases, or does not subside in a day or 2, or you notice any other symptoms at all, go immediately to a doctor or emergency.

always. Allergies, smoke and pollution are just some of the other things that
can cause redness and swelling.
You can use
lozenges and pain relief but if it doesn't get any better or you get a fever
you should see your doctor.
