SOURCE: Epson C84 - no power

Most likely cause is the power supply has let go. It could be a fuse inside the power supply. You would need a servie manual to get you in to the machine to check if a fuse is present on the PSU. Try either of the following: http://www.TheServiceManualShop.com http://mikeburton.tradebit.com (Join his list to see all the files available) Either of these should help you get a manual

SOURCE: Epson Stylus CS5800F Printer will not power on. Plugged into known working outlet, but no luck.

I had that same problem with my CX5800F. I tried it in several working outlets and shut down/started up many times. Tech support couldn't figure it out so they had me sent it back for a replacement. Several days later, before I packaged it up for shipment, I decided to test it out one more time, and it powered on! I sent for a replacement anyways. Since it's still under the 1-warranty, I'd suggest sending it back for a new one if all else fails. Good luck!

SOURCE: my epson c65 wont turn on at all. couple of days

Possible hardware failure, unfortunately.
Please disconnect the printer from all the devices connected to it. Plug it in directly to a working electrical outlet which means you have to bypass the surge protector. Turn it back on.
Please log on to epson.com. Go to drivers and support page and click on help me find a service center to the right of the page to find the local servicers near to your area.

I have the IQ 4522DJBT bluetooth speaker and i am having trouble charging my unit how do you know when its your power cord.

  1. Check the power cord for visible damage: Look for any frayed wires, cuts, or broken connections. If you find any damage, the power cord will need to be replaced.
  2. Try a different power source: Plug the speaker into a different outlet or power source to see if the issue is with the outlet.
  3. Use a different power cord: Try using a different power cord to see if the issue is with the cord that came with the speaker.
  4. Check the charging port: Make sure the charging port on the speaker is not damaged or obstructed. Clean it if necessary.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, the problem may be with the speaker itself and it may need to be repaired or replaced

Have a WF3640 all in one printer and it just stopped working .Power is good coming in red light is on in side but will not power up.

If your Epson WF3640 printer is not powering up, there could be a few possible reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can try:
  1. Check the power cord: Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged into the wall outlet and the printer. Try using a different power outlet to ensure that the problem is not with the power source.
  2. Check the power button: Ensure that the power button is not stuck and that it is making proper contact with the printer's internal switch.
  3. Reset the printer: Unplug the printer from the power outlet, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. This can help reset the printer and clear any internal errors.
  4. Check for hardware issues: If the above steps do not work, there could be a hardware issue with the printer. You can try contacting Epson customer support for assistance or take the printer to a professional repair service.
Note: If your printer is still under warranty, it is recommended to contact Epson customer support for assistance.

Battery doesn't appear to be charging.

There may be several physical problems. You should make sure that the battery is properly plugged in and no switches that allow it to be removed are in the open position. Checking that the power cord if plugged in proper at the laptop, the power brick, and the power outlet may also solve the problem. If none of these work, try using a different power cord that fits your laptop if you can get your hands on one. You may also want to try a different power outlet, or make sure that power outlet can power another device (eg vacuum, phone) so you know if it's actually a problem with that power outlet and not your computer.

If you battery doesn't charge even with a cable that you know works for another computer, and the outlet is working properly, your battery may be corroded or suffering from over-use over a long period of time. In this case it would be best to buy a replacement battery directly from Dell which you can do here:

My Epson stylus 2200 will not even power up now. I don;t get any lights. I've check that the cord is plug in the whole way, exchanged cords, and tried different outlets.

hi ldbartz,
i/m sure you already check all cabling issue.
if none if its working mean you got power problem.
on every printer these days, all system powered from an adapter,
if nothing happen to your power or adapter, printer will go power on and the power led will go on also.
the adapter itself (for all epson) is located inside, you cannnot replace it without open your printer like canon printer.

that is my opinion.

The ac adapter red light stays on and the counsole will not work

This problem occurs when the external power supply has detected a fault. The power supply has several built-in safeguards to help prevent damage to either the console or to the power supply. The power supply will turn off if one of the following conditions is true:

• There is too much current.
• The voltage is too high.
• The temperature of the power supply is too high.

When any of these conditions are true, the light on the power supply turns red. Here are some steps that you can use to try to fix the problem.

Step 1: Make sure that the power supply is cool

The red light might indicate that the power supply is too hot or that it has overheated. Follow these steps if the power supply light is red:

1. Make sure that your Xbox 360 console is turned off.
2. Disconnect your Xbox 360 Power Supply from your Xbox 360 console and from the wall outlet.
3. Let the power supply cool for two hours in a well-ventilated space. Do not connect the Xbox 360 power supply to the console or to the wall outlet during this time.
4. After the power supply has cooled for two hours, reconnect the Xbox 360 Power Supply to the console and to the wall outlet.
If cooling the power supply does not resolve the problem or if the problem persists, use the steps in the next section.

Step 2: Make sure that the power supply is plugged in correctly

Make sure that the power supply is directly plugged into a working wall outlet. You may have problems with the power supply if you use an extension cord or a power strip if the extension cord or the power strip is faulty or cannot supply the required power to the console.

If the power supply is still not working as expected, use the steps in the next section.

Step 3: Plug the power supply into a different wall outlet

To eliminate the possibility that the wall outlet you are using is faulty or that there is a blown fuse, plug the power cord into a different wall outlet in a different area of your place of residence.

If this does not resolve the problem, use the steps in the next section.

Step 4: Try another Xbox 360 Power Cord and Xbox 360 Power Supply

If you have a different Xbox 360 Power Cord and Xbox 360 Power Supply, try to use them to test the console. If the console turns on when you use a different power cord and power supply, you need to replace the faulty power cord and power supply. If the console does not turn on, the issue may be with the console itself.

If this does not resolve the problem, use the steps in the next section.

Step 5: Obtain a replacement Xbox 360 Power Supply

If the steps in this article did not resolve the issue and the Xbox 360 Power Supply light continues illuminate red, you need to obtain a replacement power supply.

let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

My epson stylus CX5500 printer is unable to be switched on even though it is connected to a power supply. Regardless how long I've pressed the button, the printer just refuse to come to life. How can I...

First Check the power source e.g. make sure: the outlet you are using has juice if not change over to a new outlet. Make sure all the connections and plugs are properly inserted. If the Unit still does not power up I would just return it etc.. Also try just pressing the button once quickly and check the manual for quick start up instructions. Hope this helps:)

My printer will not turn on

Here are some things to try:
1. Different plug (outlet) just to make sure it isn't the plug causing an issue.
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the printer itself if possible and plug it back in while holding down the power button.
3. Unplug the printer from the computer all together and see if it powers up.
4. If it's a separate power cord try to find one similar in nature to plug in and try out as it may be the cord.

No power

Plug the console into a different power outlet. Or by a replacement power cord. If it still doesnt work, then chances are it is the console itself.

Printer wont turn on

First things to check are that the power cord is properly plugged in and the socket it turned on (yes, sounds obvious but has caught me out in the past).

Beyond that, if your cable has a fuse in the plug, check that... try a different power cord and obviously check that the socket does indeed work.

Locating a working power socket and new cable that you know works and then seeing if that gives you any juice is the only other option... If that doesn't work your printer would appear to be in printer heaven.
