I have a GEphone #28165 and it says a have a voice mail and i do not know to listen and erase it

hold the #1 down until it dials your voice mail for you, then listen to messages. push 7 to erase one & push 9 to save one after you listen to them. Phone does not come with voice mail set up already, so if this is a new phone for you, you will have to dial 1 & hold button down until it rings & it will walk you through setting it up

Sorry, the digital memory can't be restored ones the power is cut or the messages are erased. Some high tech lab somewhere FBI/CIA maybe just maybe could do it but no noting we can do about it.

you can try a old trick of holding down the play button for 10 or more seconds.

Go into voice mail and listen to your message then press option 3 that will delete the message
Just repeat for all messages hou wsnt to get rid off

You can only erase messages from the base. Press the ERASE button once to delete a message while listening to it. Or press the ERASE button twice to delete all messages.

1.Press the "Menu/Select" button.
2.Use the up or down arrows to navigate to the "Voicemail Setup" option and press "Menu/Select."
3 .Navigate to the "Access Number" option and press "Menu/Select."
4 .Use the number pad to enter your voice mail access telephone number provided by your telephone company. Use the "Mute/Remove" button to delete any numbers entered by mistake.
5.Press "Menu/Select" to hear the confirmation code.
6 .Program the "Password," "Play," "Erase," and "Skip" options following the above steps, substituting the "Access Number" option in step three with the option you desire to program.
7 .Dial your voice mail by using the "Voicemail" button on the telephone.
8 .Listen and follow the prompts provided by your telephone company to set up your voice mail's greeting.
9 .Use the "Voicemail" button any time you wish to dial into the system to listen to voice mail. Use the programmed "Play," "Skip," and "Erase" options to navigate through your messages.

put your voice mail number in voice mail settings or you can dial directly your vc number to listen your voice mails,if you dont know your voice mail number then ask your network operator for number

Hold the "clear" or "mute" button until the handset beeps. This will clear the New Voice Mail allert.

If you don't want to waste minutes listening to vm:
Just call your cell phone and let it go to voicemail. When the voicemessage comes up click the pound sign. It will ask you to enter your password, then you can listen to and erase voicemail for free.

ask your service provider to erase your voicemail on the phone then add it back again and clearing all msgs
