Dear ejc,
I think this a very simple problem for which you had done a difficult work. If you don't hesitate a simple advice, than warm a bunch of paper with a 100wt bulb or room heater. Use the warm paper in your printer and I hope it can solve your problem.
Because it is a simple problem always shown with laser printer and the problem is moisture. by warming, the moisture will evaporated and paper will work smmothly.
thanks.
I would do a configuration report and check that the printer is reading A4. If that is ok then the next thing to check is the paper pickup roller. It could be worn or dirty so clean with warm water on a wrag. If none of this works then it is possible that you have paper sensor that is sticking but I would try the other solutions first.
exists special function in driver of the printer which quantifies pages
of the document on one signet sheet. Sounds like "Multiple printing" you can manipulate or disactivate this function.
